Browsing your web page, it was funny to find this blog about you Sushi experience in Beijing. It was funny because late that night, in that same sushi place, I had the pleasure to meet you and your friend. Remember? The lost Mexican guy, sitting next to you in the sushi bar, that started asking you questions about what to do in Beijing? Anyway, I have to admit that my 10 sushi pieces, as well as talking to you and knowing about your acomplishments, were among the highlights of my trip to China :-) If you ever happen to be in NYC, let me know and I will be happy to recommend you a little, low profile sushi place, which in my opinion is one of the best kept secrets in the city.
